From Aug. 17-Aug. 28, 2018, a team of 15 adults and youth travelled to the Dominican Republic to spend time with the people of Maria Auxiliadora and Soto.
The temperature ranged between 31-34 C and the humidity was high but that didn't slow anyone down. The schedule was packed with sporting events, church services and childrens activities. We were able to hear about the dreams and visions of community leaders which led to many discussions about how we can continue to support these communities.
The team arrived home safely at 2 am on Aug. 29 tired but full of enthusiasm and fond memories.Further details about the trip will be presented during a church service in the next few months.
Thank you for your ongoing support of this ministry!
